Return Policy

At MAUHK, quality, craftsmanship and a carefully considered experience are at the heart of everything we create. If your piece doesn't fully meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

In addition to this statutory right, MAUHK offers an extended 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Once your return has been registered, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if the item is:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. MAUHK does not reimburse return shipping fees.

Please package your return carefully and keep your proof of postage until your return has been successfully processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund, including any standard delivery charges where applicable, will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

MAUHK may withhold reimbursement until the returned item has been received or until proof of shipment has been provided.

Exceptions

Personalised, made-to-order or custom-produced items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or affected by a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via sales@mauhk.com. Please include clear photographs showing the issue.

Our Atelier team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
