Shipping Policy

MAUHK ships from the Netherlands to addresses within the Netherlands and across the European Union.

The Netherlands

Free shipping is available on all orders over €75 within the Netherlands.
Orders below €75 are shipped for a flat rate of €5.95.

The estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–2 business days.

European Union

Free shipping is available on all orders over €75 within the European Union.
Orders below €75 are shipped for a flat rate of €8.95.

The estimated delivery time within the European Union is 5–8 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed. MAUHK aims to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and local delivery services.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where available, a tracking number will be included so you can follow your shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. MAUHK cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or import charges.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to MAUHK, the purchase amount may be refunded, less any shipping costs incurred.
