Applicability

By placing an order with MAUHK, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They apply to all products and services offered through our online store.

Product Information

MAUHK strives to present every piece as accurately as possible. Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour, fit or finishing may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

Orders & Agreements

An agreement is concluded once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully completed. MAUHK reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or incorrect information.

Prices & Payments

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through the payment methods available in our online store. MAUHK reserves the right to change prices at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. While MAUHK aims to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Liability

MAUHK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where such liability results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

If you have a complaint regarding a product or our service, please contact us within a reasonable period after discovering the issue via sales@mauhk.com. Every complaint will be reviewed carefully and handled with the aim of reaching an appropriate solution.

MAUHK shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, carrier delays, technical failures or other events of force majeure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all agreements between MAUHK and the customer are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.
