Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all pre-orders placed through the MAUHK website.

Before Dispatch

If your pre-order has not yet been dispatched, you may request to cancel your order by contacting us at sales@mauhk.com.

Please include your order number and the email address used when placing the order. We will confirm whether your order can still be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will receive a full refund using your original payment method.

After Dispatch

Once your pre-order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to return your order after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy.

European Union Consumer Rights

Customers within the European Union retain their statutory right of withdrawal. Unless an exception applies under applicable law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

MAUHK additionally offers a voluntary 30-day return period. Full details can be found in our Return Policy.
